Business Development Manager
Trillium Construction is now seeking a Business Development Manager for direct-hire!
Our client is a multi-faceted Commercial construction general contractor that is licensed in multiple states in the US. Their area of expertise is in Medical Facilities, warehousing, fast food/restaurants and industrial. They are currently seeking a Business Development Manager. This is a senior level executive position.
Duties:
-Screening of potential business deals and analyze market strategies
-Provide guidance to employees relative to client relationships and satisfaction
-Assist in planning/attending corporate events to highlight services
-Represent the company in philanthropy, volunteer groups, trade organizations, and fundraisers
-Develop new business opportunities through marketing efforts

Qualifications:
-10+ years of construction related experience
-Must be able to travel as needed
-This is an in office role
-Familiar with Commercial Construction
-Previous experience in Business Development/Sales in Construction
